4 Weeks Sodhana Panchakarma

The four weeks Panchakarma program is especially designed to bring balance in such imbalanced doshas and to restore foundation of total health and well-being.

This four weeks package program focus on everything like herbal therapies, abhyanga, yoga, exercise, diet and basic knowledge about Ayurveda.

Different relaxing abhyangas and therapies rejuvenate the subtle cellular, sensorial and psycho-emotional components. The cleansing therapies are very effective for lymphatic blockages and metabolic load.

Panchakarma, the five processes, is an elegant body detoxifying process that releases the stored toxins and restores the body innate healing ability. Panchakarma presents a unique approach of Ayurveda to therapy with specially designed five procedures of internal purification of the body including the gross channels (GI tract, Respiratory tract etc) up to the subtlest levels (like cells, molecules, cell membranes etc).

Ayurveda says that imbalanced doshas create waste matter. This waste matter is called Ama in Ayurveda. Panchakarma eliminates these toxins from the body, allowing healing and restoration of the tissues, channels, digestion and mental functions.
